AirBorne Trainers are responsible for conducting pre-embarkation training courses for selected crew, ensuring they are well-prepared for shipboard duties and meet client standards. May also lead internal training sessions for AirBorne staff to maintain service quality and operational consistency. Plays an active role in reviewing and updating training modules to align with evolving industry requirements. Attends client-mandated "Train the Trainer" programs to stay current with best practices and compliance standards. Additionally supports recruitment activities by assisting in candidate screening and interviews.
Qualifications
- Prior cruise line or 5 star hospitality experience required (cruise shipboard experience strongly preferred).
- Thorough understanding of cruise industry service standards.
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred (ie - Hospitality/Culinary Schools).
- Strong communication and presentation skills — must be able to command a room, without being harsh.
- High attention to detail and process discipline — this role directly impacts our student's placement success.
